ANNUAL TCM REVIEW 2019

Valentin Debelder: Legal Advisor & Credit Controller

The end of the year is approaching, time for some (self-)reflection! During this festive period we ask our TCM colleagues to take a look back at their personal TCM highlights of 2019. Today it is Valentin’s turn, our legal advisor & credit controller.

Valentin, what will you mainly remember about the past TCM year?

  • “Last year I was able to present TCM for more than 30 companies of Club Wallonie Export. A personal milestone, as I’ve never before had to give a professional presentation for such a large group, and the performance has also been successful!” #pushingboundaries

  • “I have been working for several years as a lawyer and credit controller at TCM Belgium. It’s always nice to make good contacts, but they are just that little bit more special when it comes to debtors. This is not self-evident, because people in financial problems usually do not like debt collection agencies (and lawyers, bailiffs,… ) that much. However, we are often the last amicable solution, and it is very satisfying when debtors themselves start to see this through our approach. In 2019, my contact with debtors turned out to be so positive that at least three debtors became our customers.” #fromdebtortocreditor

  • “The Christmas and end-of-year period at TCM Belgium is, just as for many companies, a quieter time of the year. Often we are only present with a few employees. My colleague Kimberly and I are always present. In order to inject some fun and celebration into those working days, Kimberly and I have been having a ‘Christmas lunch’ on Boxing Day for several years now! A warm tradition that we hope to be able to continue for a long time to come, and to which I am counting down this year as well: 😉.” #boxingdayforthewinners

Thanks, Valentin!

TCM JAAROVERZICHT 2019

Valentin Debelder: Legal Advisor & Credit Controller

#boxingdayforthewinners
