No cure no fee – No cure no charge
No cure no fee, no cure no pay, no win no fee. A service provider gets paid only after he delivered the expected results.
For debt collection, this means that the debt collector needs to get the debtor to actually pay the debt. Only thereafter can the debt collector claim a fee. In this way, the debt collector follows the fortune of the creditor.
TCM works on the no cure no pay principle. You don’t pay any subscription. There is not even a minimal volume or amount to be collected. There is no exclusivity.
